A concept is a full web page frame work and design from scratch.  The first concept we do is FREE.  The whole idea behind concept design is that, most customers do not know what they want their web site to look like specifically.  We design concepts for them so that the customer can then visualize what they want.  If the customer decides they want something totally different than what we’ve designed, they must then pay $40 for every concept after the 1^st. 

For the concept that the client chooses he/she must pay $30/hr for the design time that it took to create that concept.  Concept designs will never exceed the clients fee cap.
